The Rally Tour is a rain or shine event. Please plan accordingly.

Please plan to join us for a return visit to the Bar Harbor Maine area. This is an incredible area full of beautiful scenery, coastal roads, ocean harbor and plenty of seafood.

We will be staying at the wonderful Inn on Mount Desert. This is a smaller inn property part of the Stay at Bar Harbor Group. We will have several choices of different types of room for our stay. We are located just a few streets above the downtown area and the famous sand bar which the name Bar Harbor comes from.

We will arrive on Saturday for our welcome dinner and then off on Sunday morning for our Rally Tour on a few coastal roads and a few inland before bringing us back to enjoy a mid-afternoon Lobstah type lunch/dinner bake.

If timing works out, you will have the late afternoon into the evening to enjoy the Bar Harbor area on your own.

We will have a variety of rooms available. Each type of room is limited in total count. They have a few economy queen size rooms for $279.00 plus tax, the remaining rooms in our block are either deluxe queens or deluxe kings for $299.00 plus tax. We have a 90-day cut off on the group rates ending on March 09, 2025. I would recommend that you reserve your room right after registering for our event. We do not have an online link for reservations, you will need to call them to place your reservations. We have two numbers to call to help make this easier.

These rallies fill quickly, register soon to ensure your position. Once you register for the event, please complete your SpeedWaivers Quickly.

PCA still has not developed a method for SpeedWaviers for Minors, however we are going to work with the paper waiver for minors on this rally. We will be using the Paper Waiver “FOR MINORS AS OBSERVERS ONLY.”  A parent or legal Guardian must sign this waiver in front of us or have it witnessed prior and then the minor signs. This Waiver is available on the PCA web site and attached for your use.

Once you register and just prior to the event you will receive an e-mail package containing your driving instructions and the route map.  Please keep in mind these are general guidelines for our Rally Tour.  Due to changing weather, road construction and other events things could change.  The addresses for our break and lunch will be included.  If you get too lost, we can meet you at one of these locations.

Please notify Rally Chair or one of the leads if you need to leave the event at any time.  If you leave the event at any time the PCA insurance stops.  The overall insurance starts when we leave after the drivers meeting and ends when we arrive for lunch.

If you have signed up for lunch or other activities, it is expected you will join us.  One of the greatest challenges for planning these events is finding a place that will host us for lunch. Hopefully you are reading the fine print. What state is Bar Harbor located in? We commit to them the head count that you provided at registration, and they are planning their staff and income based on this number.

Please note the details for the registration and what you registered for.  Please be respectful of our hosts, club members and timing for the events. If you register for the event, please be prepared to attend. If you need to cancel, (things do happen) please notify us so soon as possible. As much notice as you can provide gives us the opportunity to open your registration for another club member on the wait list. There may be costs incurred for cancelations for rooms and meals.
